Carissa Haney, DNP, APRN-BC is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with over 22 years’ experience in the healthcare field. She served as an active-duty critical care nurse in the United States Navy and subsequently joined the U.S. Public Health Service working in various roles for the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and Department of Defense (DOD). She is co-author on several major medical journal publications and has been an aesthetic injector since 2019. She is a proud mom to three children and loves traveling and being active.
